Saturday Confessions

This one is a little embarrassing.  I recently got a new Mac and I decided since it has been forever that I have actually used a mouse (I previously had a laptop with a track pad) that I would buy the wireless track pad.  I love it.  But I think I may be overusing a touch as my index finger that does all the work is having issues-joint pain and swelling.  I am pretty sure it is from using the track pad-too much.  Oy!

We visited a friend of my in laws this week to see their new Welsh Pony foal.  It was only two days old and the cutest little thing I think I have ever seen.

I have no idea what we are doing today. This is the first time we haven't had full weekend plans in a long time. 

Summer has just started here in the Northwest.  The temperatures are finally in the upper 70's with an occasional 80 degree day.  Summer around here doesn't really start for me at least until 4th of July.  So when I read about other parts of the country on fb who are almost done with summer and getting ready for back to school I want to stick my fingers in my ears and say "la la la la la la."
