Disneyland

To say that we had a 'good time' in Disneyland is extremely understated. We had an absolutely incredible time. After the last two years of home improvement and the stress of having two houses, this was truly the best vacation we could have had. The timing was perfect, the lines were short, the rides and shows were incredible. The only drawback to the trip was the food...the lack of quality and the super inflated prices. The weather reports were threatening with LA getting an unusual amount of rain. We were discouraged when we arrived as it was pouring rain, but then we had three full days of bright blue skies and sun. It was cold, but it was dry and we were so incredibly thankful for that. It seemed as if God was shining right down on us the whole time as each evening the news reports called for rain. And in fact it did rain in other parts of Southern California, but not on Disneyland. It rained on the day we returned but hey, we were leaving so that didn't matter. We surprised the girls by renting a car one day and driving to the American Girl store. They walked around in excitement and then they all got quiet because what child can walk around that store and just window shop. It was so sweet that they didn't expect or ask for a single thing. Then we told them that they could each pick out something for their dolls, and Chloe was able to pick our her American Girl doll. Christmas came early for this household! So here are some of the few hundred photos I took!

It seems that Bobo, my youngest is a complete roller coaster/scary ride fanatic. She could not get enough!
